If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt, no questions asked. We do, nonetheless, appreciate any comments you wish to offer so that we can serve you and other customers better.
We will provide you with your choice of either a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the piece. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be sent to us with a trackable method. We cannot assume responsibility for any returns lost in the mail. Replacement and refund transactions will be promptly set forth adhering to our usual time frame starting on the day that we receive the returned item.
